I lead design for the platforms that thousands of people use, both inside and outside.

Helping Organizations Turn Complexity into Intelligent Experiences

I lead experience design at the intersection of business strategy, complex systems, and product execution.

My work turns ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into clear experience strategies—aligning stakeholders around the problem, establishing principles and decision frameworks, and creating the conditions for teams to execute with confidence.

Across enterprise, retail, and game-development environments, I’ve led experience initiatives that span products, platforms, workflows, and organizational boundaries. That has meant partnering with product, engineering, research, and business leaders to connect customer and employee needs with operational realities and measurable outcomes.

I’m comfortable moving between executive-level conversations and the realities of product delivery. The goal isn’t simply to produce better interfaces—it is to help organizations make better decisions, create stronger product experiences, and build systems that keep performing beyond a single project.

That is the role I have played across employee, developer, customer-service, and retail platforms: framing the problem, aligning the organization, shaping the experience strategy, enabling the team, and remaining accountable for the outcome.

My leadership approach is grounded in a few core responsibilities:

  • Frame the right problem before committing teams to solutions.
  • Connect experience strategy to business priorities and product direction.
  • Create alignment across functions when ownership, priorities, or requirements are unclear.
  • Establish systems, principles, and decision frameworks that help teams make better decisions at scale.
  • Develop design capability through coaching, critique, standards, and clear expectations.
  • Stay close enough to the work to lead with credibility—using design, prototyping, research synthesis, and systems thinking when deeper involvement can move the organization forward.
